TRADITIONAL SARDINIAN RECIPES
Our menu features a rich selection of authentic traditional dishes, family recipes and daily surprises that we’d really love you to discover and enjoy when choosing to be our guests.
We can however reveal some dishes that just can’t ever be missing from your dinners:
Beginning with an almost endless range of tasty, our homemade cured meats, fresh vegetable-based starters, both grilled and deep fried, our zucchini pie, sheep ricotta served with local thistle honey from Sant’Antonio di Gallura.
Dishes coming from our tradition, as the Mazza Frissa, an simple yet incredibly tasty country dish, made from whole wheat flour and sour cream.
Our main courses will feature of course the Zuppa Gallurese, the real majesty among our local traditional recipes, prepared with fresh cheese and stale bread soaked into beef broth.
Our homemade pasta, for example our Chiusoni, the gallurese way of making gnocchi, served with sausage and tomato sauce.
The dinner will go on with Porcetto, perhaps Sardinia’s signature meat dish, cooked on a bed of myrtle leaves and served with roasted sausage.
